I never received my booking confirmation. Can you please send it to me?

First, please make sure to check your spam or junk folders for the confirmation email. You may also look up your reservation on our website by following the instructions here.

In addition to the steps above you may send an email to support@loungebuddy.americanexpress.com from the email address you used to make the booking with (or provide the email address in your email to support), along with your first and last name, the airport and name of the lounge booked, and the date of entry. Once we have this information we will be able to send you a copy of your booking confirmation.
