Please keep in mind that we do not own or operate the lounges we sell access to, however we will be happy to pass along your issue to the lounge for their review. Please send an email to email@example.com that includes the following information:
- The name of the lounge and airport you visited
- The date and time of your visit
- Your LoungeBuddy booking confirmation code*
- Details regarding the complaint. Please be as specific as possible and include any pictures if necessary
*If you booked through another website or with the lounge directly, you will need to contact them to file a complaint.
