I was denied access to the lounge I booked with LoungeBuddy.

In the rare event this happens, please send an email to support@loungebuddy.com with as much detail as possible describing what happened, including the name of the lounge, your approximate time of entry, the name of the agent you spoke with (if known), and the reason that the lounge provided for denial. We will contact the lounge to investigate and remedy the situation.
