How can I cancel my lounge booking?

Please send an email to support@loungebuddy.com to request cancellation and refund of your booking. Once we have initiated the cancellation, your refund may take to 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of your reservation time, please let us know the reason for the cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
