How can I cancel my lounge booking?

You can manage your booking by going here. You will need the email address you made the booking with and the Booking Order Number. The Order Number will be found on the booking confirmation directly under the Confirmation Code. Please also see the image below for reference. 

Alternatively you can send an email to and request cancellation and refund of your booking. Please provide us with the email address used to make the booking and/or the first and last name of the guest listed on the reservation. Once we have initiated the cancellation, your refund can take 10-12 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of your reservation time, please let us know the reason for the cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
