If I make a lounge reservation but am unable to make it to the lounge for whatever reason, what happens?

If you are unable to make use of your lounge booking, please contact us as soon as possible.  If you need to cancel and provide us with at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation, we can provide you with a full refund back to your payment method.  If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation time, we will assess on a case by case basis.
