My methods of entry aren't showing up, why?

If you believe there are methods of entry that you should have but aren’t showing up in the App, please first make sure that you’ve completely filled out your access methods on the Settings Screen. In particular, make sure you’ve entered your elite status, lounge memberships, and credit cards.

Next, make sure you've created a trip and completed all the details, including departure and arrival airports, airline, and class of service. Due to the many complex rules associated with lounge access, we need to know the specifics of each trip to provide a completely accurate list of your personalized access methods.

If there are multiple ways of accessing a lounge, tap on the Access Methods Box when browsing a lounge profile to view the complete list of access methods.
