If you made a booking with us anytime during March, April or May and the lounge is now temporarily closed, we are working hard to proactively cancel and refund these bookings. If the lounge is now closed you can expect to receive an email from our support team informing you of the closure and subsequent refund information.
If we have not already contacted you to inform you of a cancelation you can assume that the lounge is still open for business. If you arrive to a lounge and it is unexpectedly closed please reach out to email@example.com and we will be happy to refund your booking. Please make sure to provide the confirmation code and the email address associated with your booking so that we can assist you quickly.
