Is the lounge information on your app/website accurate given the current circumstances?

We are receiving daily communications from lounges around the world as well as from customers informing us of any lounge closures or changes to their normal operating procedures. Our team is working hard to update the information on all lounge pages as soon as we receive it. When reviewing information about a lounge please note the "Important Information" section for any special restrictions or reduced services during this time. 

If you have information about lounge closures or changes to any services provided by the lounge, please send an email to support.loungebuddy@aexp.com with the name of the lounge, the airport it is located in, and the information you'd like to share with us.
